When you install the destkop application for the AccessAble Help Desk 2019 the default Microsoft Access format .mdb file will be installed by default to the folder c:\inetpub\wwwroot\db.  TIP 1: If you install the web pages without first installing the database you will get an error when you try and browser the web site.  If you have installed the desktop application on a workstation first but want to have the database shared on a server you will need to move or copy the file to your server and set permissions for all the users that will have the desktop application installed locally.  This can be as many computers/users as you have staff members.  

Unzip the web pages to a folder, like C:\inetpub\wwwroot\webhelp and then set upt the folder in IIS.

After creating a virtual folder you will need to convert to an application.

You will also need to be sure the Application Pool is set to enabled 32 bit applications.  TIP 2: If you don't enable 32 bit appliccations you will get an error message.   

The folder where the database is installed by default is C:\inetpub\wwwroot\db and the user account used to connect the web pages to the database needs permissions not just to the database file itself, but to the folder where the folder resides.  This is because a temporary "lock" file is automatically created and deleted in the same folder.  TIP 3:  If you try to browse the web pages and get an error message indicating the Operation Must Use An Updateable Query this is most likely due to permissions on the folder.
